This Master Installation & Multi-Zone Comfort Kit provides all the specialized components needed to connect, control, and distribute heat from your Aqua-Hot AHE-600-D04 (60.0K BTU) hydronic heating system. Designed for large coaches, buses, and high-end RVs, this package ensures you have the necessary controls, zone heaters, and plumbing materials to establish a comprehensive, multi-zone heating network and complete your system installation.

1. Multi-Zone Heat Distribution

6 × Cozy III Heat Exchanger: Powerful forced-air units for rapid, effective heating in main living areas.
2 × Whisper Silent Heat Exchanger (12 VDC): Quiet operation for heating sensitive spaces like bedrooms and bathrooms.
12 × Cozy Grille (10 in. x 2 in.): Finishing grilles for all Cozy III units.
2. Controls & Safety 3 × Room Thermostat (Positive Off): Allows for independent temperature control across three separate heating zones.
1 × 4-Position Switch Panel Assembly: The main control interface for operating the system’s electric and diesel burners.
1 × Low Temperature Thermostat Assembly: Provides freeze protection for the boiler system.
3. Plumbing, Fuel, & Circulation 2 × Tube, 5/8 IN, Red O2 Barrier Red Pex (100 ft. each): A substantial supply of PEX tubing for routing the heat transfer fluid to all heat exchangers.
20 Gallons Pink Boiler Antifreeze: Necessary non-toxic fluid to fill, protect, and circulate through the boiler loop.
1 × Fuel Stand Pipe, Supply/Return: Essential hardware for cleanly drawing diesel fuel from the vehicle’s tank to the Aqua-Hot burner.
Complete Set of Fittings: Includes 90-degree elbows, brass insert fittings, barb fittings, polytube bend supports, and constant tension hose clamps for secure, professional plumbing connections.
